The Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade initiated on May 2006 the establishing of the Czech Hydrogen Technology Platform. The goal of the Czech Hydrogen Technology Platform is to coordination of activities and sharing of information on the development and deployment of hydrogen technologies in the Czech Republic. The Platform was officialy established on October 10th, 2006 its founding members are:
* Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Czech Technical University
* Mega plc
* Nuclear Research Institute Řež plc
* Institute of Chemical Technology Prague
The Platform is open to new members according to Articles of the Platform. The management is preparing on the platform website a set of articles (available in Czech language only) concerning the key technology areas of hydrogen economy - hydrogen production, storage and transport, fuel cells and their usage, etc.
