Producer of innovative material for Membrane Electrode Assembly

The University of Salerno (Italy) is building a European project consortium and has expressed the need for a PEM Fuel Cell partner. The profile is the following:

The project promoters and partners are active in the area of PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) Fuel Cell system and have a strong experience in thermo-fluid dynamic modeling as well as in the complex system design.

The candidate partner must have a basic background on chemistry, with particular experience on PEM fuel cell materials such as ionomer, catalyst, porous gdl, electrode and has a specific interest in producing innovative materials for MEA (Membrane Electrode Assembly). The project partner must have experience in the production of membrane and catalyst coating processes. A candidate who is currently seeking for partners to start new cooperation towards MEA design enhancement is preferred. The partner should also be interested in improving heat removal and water management processes to reduce the risk of both hot spots and flooding, aiming at increasing FC lifetime.

Molten-Carbonate / Solid-Oxide Fuel cell manufacturer

The University l’Aquila (Italy) is building a European project consortium and is looking for a partner fitting the following description.

They are lookng for a scientific institute or industry, from Poland or another Eastern European countryn, able to manufacture a small-sized Molten Carbonate (MCFC) or Solid Oxide (SOFC) Fuel Cell, to be assembled in a portable unit for laboratory environment. The unit will be used to test the quality of a fuel cell produced via biomass gasification.
